How to make Lemon Blueberry Muffins

Here is a tried and true family recipe for delicious Lemon Blueberry muffins.

You will need the following ingredients:

whole milk
 lemon juice
Grandma's Molasses
 egg
 vegetable oil
 bran
whole wheat flour
 baking powder
 baking soda
 blueberries
 lemon rind
 brown sugar
 all purpose flour

In a large size mixing bowl, add 2 teaspoons  lemon juice to 1 cup whole milk. Allow milk to sour for about one hour, then stir in 1 beaten egg, 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 1/4 cup Grandma's molasses.
Next,
In another  mixing bowl  of the same size, mix 3/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1 cup bran, 3/4 cup all purpose flour, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 cup of blueberries.
Then,
Pour in the  soured milk mixture that you made  and mix. Spoon onto nonstick coated muffin pan and bake at 375 for around 20 minutes or until firm but not over done. This recipe makes one dozen delicious muffins.
